Więckowski Wiesław
Since 2007 I work as an assistant professor at the Department of Paleolithic and Mesolithic Archaeology and Department of Biorachaeology at the Institute of Archaeology, University of Warsaw. In 2007 I obtained PhD presenting my work on the evolutionary changes of the human skull morphology. I work in Israel (Ashkelon, Gesher, Tel Zahara), Peru (Castillo de Huarmey, Maucallacta, Cusco) and I am a member of many other archaeological expeditions (Akrai, Sicily). My research interest is: applications of bioarcheology in archaeological work, position of Neanderthal in human evolution, and human sacrifices in Andes. I teach at the Institute of Archaeology, University of Warsaw.
